Responsibilities and missions
- You are the interface between nursing staff and patients.
- You guarantee the values that underpin the care relationship.
- You organise care in the home and assess the person's needs
- You are responsible for ensuring that the care provided runs smoothly.
- You carry out tours on your own or with team members
- You will supervise, manage and monitor several teams of homecare workers
- You plan, distribute and adapt care staff schedules using IT tools
made available
- You organise and monitor team meetings
- You will take part in the recruitment process, organise problem-solving interviews, interview
and evaluation, and ensure that workers are properly trained.
- You will manage the nursing care activity and be responsible for financial management through monitoring of
indicators and the application of management rules
- You are involved in interdisciplinary work and liaising with other professionals
- You will work with and represent the DSA in dealings with external partners
- You take an active part in training sessions and meetings and comply with decisions taken and/or actions taken.
to undertake
- You will carry out on-call duties in accordance with the criteria defined by the ASD department
Experience and training
Executive training and experience is a plus but not compulsory
Have a degree in general nursing, a bachelor's degree in nursing or a diploma in community health nursing.
Possession of a nursing VISA and a B driving licence
