Responsibilities and duties
Home help and care centres provide elderly, sick and disabled people, as well as those with reduced independence who wish to remain in their own homes, with all the help and care they need.
Monitoring of beneficiaries
- Comprehensive processing and monitoring of aid applications and beneficiaries' social files.
Team management
- Management, supervision and monitoring of one or more teams of family helpers and/or domestic helpers (drawing up schedules, team meetings, participating in the recruitment and training of workers, performance reviews, refocusing, etc.).
Administration and Management ASD
- Reception and follow-up of new recruits and trainees
- Collaboration and support from mentors – evaluation of new recruits
- Appropriation and thorough understanding of legislation and administrative guidelines
- Interface role between field teams and ASD management
- Monitoring of management indicators (quotas, absenteeism, unpaid invoices, exemptions, etc.)
Cross-functional responsibilities
- Active participation in training courses (in consultation with ASD management) and practical application of acquired skills, as well as participation in meetings.
- Organisation of weekly office hours
- Evening and weekend shifts alternating with colleagues

Driving licence: [B] Vehicles < 3.5 tonnes and 8 seats maximum
