Do I need to be a member of the Christian Mutual Insurance Company to benefit from the services?
No, ASDs cover beneficiaries of any mutual insurance company.
Are the speakers always the same?
In order to guarantee continuity of service, while taking into account the schedules, holidays and possible absences of our teams, several service providers may take turns visiting your home. However, we take care to limit their number in order to maintain stable, high-quality support.
What is the price of your services?
Pricing varies from service to service and from ASD to ASD. Please contact your local ASD for pricing information.
Can you be flexible about the times and frequency of visits?
It depends on the service concerned. For example:
For daily living assistance, we can adapt the frequency and duration of our services according to our availability and the needs of the beneficiaries.
For nursing care, visits are organised according to medical priorities and geographical location.
In all cases, we do our utmost to meet expectations while guaranteeing the quality of service.
Can you respond quickly in an emergency?
Yes, our teams can respond in emergencies.
Are you available all the time?
Outside office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and in emergencies only, a telephone switchboard service takes over in the evening, at night and at weekends.
Do you have any further questions?
