Responsibilities and missions
FUNCTION
Secretarial work
- Answering incoming telephone calls, providing the correct information and transferring calls if necessary;
- Welcoming visitors and internal customers (e.g. from other departments) ;
- Completing forms and documents relating to subsidies ;
- Checking administrative documents, pointing out any problems, correcting documents where necessary in accordance with agreed arrangements or proposing a solution to the department manager;
- Encoding requests for help and care;
- Ordering equipment for the department according to stock levels and after approval;
- Prepare the material requested and take care of the administrative follow-up of the request.
Gather, check and correct pricing data
- Sort incoming documents and file them in patient files;
- Encoding benefits and care lists for nurses ;
- Check the codes assigned to everything billed (e.g. care, equipment, drugs, supplements);
- Confer regularly with the nurses to ensure that the coding is complete and corresponds to the services provided.

Conditions
- Youth employment CP 330 : be under 30 - the contract ends when the employee reaches the age of 30.
- Training: have a diploma Maximum CESS.
- Proficiency in Excel is an asset.
- Working hours: minimum 19/38issue.
- Contract start date: during March.
